MyCart
a personal shopping organizer and list generator

Download MyCartSetup.exe  version 1.0 by clicking here. If the file tries to execute rather than download, right click the link and choose "Save as". After the download, double click it to install. 

MyCart is intended to make your shopping time more efficient by arranging an Inventory list in the same order that the store is laid out, so no criscrossing the store. Name the category in alphabetical order that the store is laid out in, for example Aisle01, which might contain salad dressings, mustard catsup, chips etc.

MyCart works with 2 boxes. The one on the left holds an Inventory list. The box on the right is a shopping list of the items in the Inventory. There are samples of files for both.

When you start MyCart, it will prompt you for an inventory file to open. Choose one and click Open.

To add items to the shopping list, double click on an item in the Inventory window. You can save the shopping list if you're going to add to it later, and you can print it to take to the store.

To add new items to the inventory click New, and click either Category or Item, then type in the name you want and click save. To add an Item, you must first select a Category by clicking on it.

Right click on either the left or right box to see more options.
